Overview Job Description - Baler Operator Position Summary: The Baler Operator will safely operate baling machinery to process recyclable and waste materials. This role involves sorting materials, monitoring equipment performance, and maintaining a clean work area while meeting production goals. Responsibilities: Operate baler machinery safely and efficiently Load cardboard, plastic, paper, or other materials into baler Tie, stack, and move completed bales for storage or shipment Inspect materials for contamination or non-acceptable items Monitor equipment for jams or mechanical issues Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of baler equipment Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines Assist with general warehouse or production duties as needed Skills and Experience Requirements: Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to operate forklifts is a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to safety and detail Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Benefits Don't miss this chance to enhance your experience in a production environment while enjoying competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.
