You’ll extend hospitality with heart in everything you do, from sharing information about the resort and nearby attractions to providing room rate quotes and confirming reservations.Front Desk Agent/Telephone operator /Call center/Customer ServiceThe hourly wage for this role is $17.75.*** 2 days PBX Operator 8am/10am -4:30pm/6:30pm Saturday & Sunday/3 days Front Desk1st & 2nd shift Open Availability***How You'll Make an Impact:Bring smiles to guests from around the world by providing warm welcomesGuide guests through the registration process, issue unit keys, and provideinformation about the resort and area attractionsProcess cash and credit card transactions strictly following established proceduresBalance cash receipts, perform bucket checks, and complete other cashier/money handling responsibilitiesComplete all check-out procedures and verify that the correct charges and credits are reflected in guest foliosReserve and confirm reservations for individuals and/or groupsProvide guests with room rate quotesRespond to guest inquiries and concerns as quickly and completely as possiblePromote teamwork and quality service through daily communications and coordination with other departmentsWhat You’ll BringProfessional appearance and a positive, can-do attitudeExcellent communication skills with the ability to read, write and understand EnglishAbility to solve problems with a minimum of supervisionBasic math skills and knowledge of proper cash handling proceduresAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail and strong organizing skillsBasic computer and office skillsHotel hospitality front office system knowledge a plusAbility to work independently or with others as neededHow You'll Be Rewarded:We offer a diverse range of comprehensive health and welfare benefits to associates who work 30 or more hours per week to meet your needs and support you throughout your career with us.
