Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Benefits Flexible & Full‑time schedules: 9:30 am – 6 pm, weekends until 5 pm Eligibility for full‑time benefits after an average of 20+ hours: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) match, paid time off, sick time, and flex spending Company‑paid life, accidental death insurance and exclusive vendor discounts Mileage reimbursement for travel between properties or other work‑related tasks Performance‑based bonuses available to property managers Responsibilities Work independently at multiple locations, inside and outside facilities Assess customer storage needs, make suggestions and sell packing and moving supplies Perform daily inspections of storage units to confirm inventory and availability Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits Assist customers with payments and conduct reminder/collection calls as required Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks: sweep/mop interior areas, maintain exterior grounds, and keep curb appeal clean and free of debris Physical Requirements Ability to lift or move items weighing up to 35 pounds Walk in and around facilities, spending up to 50% of time outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks as described above Qualifications Experience : Success in customer‑service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service‑based companies. Transportation : Valid driver’s license and own vehicle required; mileage reimbursement available. Job Offer Hourly pay: $20.00 .
