Associate Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a mid- to senior-level Associate Attorney to join its Olympia, Washington office. Responsibilities Advise clients on legal, regulatory, and business matters. Lead and support complex legal matters, including transactional work and litigation support. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and agreements. Conduct due diligence, legal analysis, and risk assessment. Represent clients before administrative bodies and in dispute-resolution settings. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal team members. Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups. Manage multiple matters with increasing independence. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. 5-7 years of experience in a law firm or comparable legal setting. Admission to the Washington State Bar or eligibility for admission by motion. Strong drafting, analytical, research, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
