Job Summary:
We’re looking for a kindred spirit to join the team at Kindred Resort, a new elevated luxury property located at the base of Keystone Resort in Colorado. As a Restaurant Crew member, you’ll be part of a dynamic food & beverage team that brings warmth, energy, and connection to every shift. Whether you're setting up service stations, engaging with guests, or supporting your teammates, you’ll help create memorable dining moments in a fast-paced, mountain-inspired environment. Job Specifications:

• Starting Wage: $20.00/hr - $22.19/hr 

• Employment Type: Year Round 

• Shift Type: Full Time hours available 

• Minimum Age: At least 14 years of age 

• Housing Availability: Yes 

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver friendly, prompt, and professional service to guests throughout their dining experience
• Support front‑of‑house operations by clearing and resetting tables, maintaining tidy dining areas, and restocking service stations
• Assist with restaurant setup, food and beverage displays, and overall workstation organization
• Operate point‑of‑sale systems, greet guests, and provide general service support as needed
• Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen tools using dishwashing equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dish room, back‑of‑house areas, and waste/recycling stations
• Restock clean items to designated areas to support smooth kitchen and service operations
• Follow daily service guidelines, attend pre‑shift meetings, and uphold sanitation and safety standards
• Collaborate with all team members to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

 

Job Requirements:

• Previous restaurant or guest service experience preferred
• Strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced hospitality setting
• Ability to communicate clearly in English; bilingual skills a plus
• Capable of standing and walking for extended periods and lifting up to 40 lbs
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holiday

 

The expected pay range is $20.00/hr - $22.19/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
