Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse / Cath Lab – Albuquerque, NM 87102

Start Date: July 6, 2026

Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico

Schedule: Four 10-hour day shifts (07:00 - 17:30) plus 8-12 days of call per month. Every fourth weekend required. 13-week assignment.

Highlights:

• Cardiac Catheterization Lab specializing in diagnostic and interventional procedures
• Daily census of 20-30 patients across adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, radiology, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
• Epic charting system utilized for documentation
• First-time travelers accepted with minimum one year of Cath Lab experience
• Must be available for STEMI and vascular call coverage

Requirements:

• Active RN license (New Mexico or Compact license required prior to start)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required; RCIS preferred
• Minimum one year of Cath Lab experience
• Proficiency in diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures
• Experience with cardioversion, procedural sedation, and dysrhythmia management
• Skills in both circulating and scrubbing procedures, including left and right heart catheterizations
• Must reside outside 50-mile local radius
