McLaren Health Care - - Responsibilities: Provides general clerical support to the unit, such as reception, data entry and retrieval; maintaining supply inventory; and assembling, maintaining, and distributing various types of information; Transcribes physician orders and notifies appropriate parties of orders and consultations; Schedules procedures and patient/resident transportation to procedure site; Responds to phone calls and requests for information in an accurate, efficient manner; Maintains medical record in orderly fashion with documents placed under appropriate chart dividers
