From your first day through your first solo run, you'll have a team invested in your success every mile of the way.

Pay & Training

• $850 per week during training
• Paid one-on-one mentorship with an experienced driver
• Structured training program designed for recent CDL graduates
• Assigned truck after successful completion of training
• Average solo earnings: $1,600-$1,800+ per week
• Paid every Friday

Position Details

• Eastern Regional Fleet
• Full-time position
• No-touch dry van freight
• Assigned equipment after training
• Weekly or bi-weekly home time options available

What You'll Do

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer on regional routes
• Haul no-touch dry van freight
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate ELD logs
• Follow all FMCSA and company safety regulations
• Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers
• Deliver freight safely and on time

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Recent graduate of an accredited CDL training program
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL school training
• Safe driving record
• Able to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
