What You'll Do:

• Support clinical interventions utilizing evidence-based practices under supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatments to patients with physical functioning disorders
• Administer procedures such as manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and device support
• Assess patient progress and communicate updates to supervising therapists
• Document all treatments and patient responses accurately in electronic medical records
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about treatment plans and progress
• Support and supervise students or new team members as needed
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and continuing education

What You Need:

• Valid State Licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant
• At least 1 year of experience preferred, especially in Long Term Care settings
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Knowledge of regulatory and clinical practice requirements
