Position Overview TheraPeds Partners is seeking a dedicated full- or part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-person services within schools located in the Evergreen/Conifer, Colorado area. This position includes providing speech and language therapy, completing evaluations, developing and monitoring Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), tracking student progress, and partnering with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student achievement. Position Details Part- or Full-time schedule 2026–2027 school year (August through May/June) Student assignments may include grades K–5, K–8, or 9–12 Opportunities available throughout the Evergreen/Conifer area within the JEFFCO School District Primary Responsibilities Provide direct speech-language therapy services Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals Complete case management responsibilities, as assigned Consult with teachers, families, and school staff Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary collaboration Maintain accurate documentation and service records What We Offer Guaranteed paid hours, including documentation, planning, and administrative time Fully on-site position Manageable caseloads Ongoing support from both the school district and the TheraPeds Partners team Competitive compensation ranging from $65–$80+ per hour ($2,437–$3,000+ per week) Master's or doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Valid Department of Education certification or licensure as an SLP, when applicable ASHA certification or eligibility for national certification State Department of Education credentialing, if required for the assignment Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Clinical Fellowship (CF-SLP) candidates may be considered for select placements Experience working with pediatric populations School-based experience preferred but not required Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills Comfortable using technology for documentation and communication Successful completion of required fingerprinting and background screening Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment Benefits are based on employment classification and eligibility. Physical Requirements This position requires active participation throughout the school day. Employees should be able to perform physical activities associated with supporting students, including standing, walking, sitting, bending, crawling, lifting, and engaging with students in classroom and school environments while meeting district expectations.
