Pediatric Physical Therapist

About the Position Physical Therapist (PT) – Join a multidisciplinary, therapist‑owned practice that provides speech‑language, occupational, physical, and feeding therapy to children in northeast Georgia. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assess patient needs, develop and modify treatment plans, and evaluate progress. Provide skilled therapy services in accordance with physician orders. Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient. Instruct patients and families on treatment plans. Advising, consulting, and instructing teammates in specific therapy modalities. Observe and report patient progress or changes in status to the physician and appropriate team members. Work with a mixed caseload that may include developmental delays, cognitive deficits, sensory disorders, fine motor delays, balance issues, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, genetic disorders, and autism spectrum disorders. Maintain documentation of reports, notes, and progress of therapy via our computer‑based program. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Current license as a Physical Therapist in Georgia, or a recent graduate. Must have CPR certification. Must be able to work professionally and positively with patients, families, and colleagues at all levels. Relocation Winder, GA: Relocate before starting work (Required). Benefits Flexible schedules.
