Job title: Dishwasher/Restaurant Worker

Duration: 1 months (possible to extend)

Shift: 1:00 pm- 9:30 pm
Thursday- Monday: 20-34 hours

Location: Bloomington, MN, USA, 55425

Payrate: 17.50$ /hr. on W2

Description:

• Maintains a clean supply of dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, and trays that comply with Food Safety Standards.
• Washes dishes, glassware, flatware in a properly maintained dish machine and washes and sanitizes pots, pans, and utensils by hand.
• Cleans, operates and maintains equipment according to safety, health and sanitation laws and guidelines standards.
• Maintains a clean restaurant by removing all used dishes, pots, pans, utensils, silverware, and trays to the dish room and returning them to the prep and serving areas once clean.
• Follows food handling, health, safety, hygiene and sanitation regulations and guidelines.
• Removes and empties trash following waste management and environmental policies.
• Ensures proper use of chemicals for dishwashing equipment and cleaning.
• Performs Dish Room opening and closing routines as assigned.
• Provides visitors with a positive shopping/dining experience by ensuring guest convenience standards are met or exceeded.
• Uses available resources to maintain and update knowledge on Food Service products, services and guest interaction skills
