Personal Banker

We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Personal Banker to support daily branch and operational activities for a growing bank. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately, supporting account maintenance, and assisting with cash management and compliance functions. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.Do not wait to apply after reading this description a high application volume is expected for this opportunity.Key Responsibilities:Provide high-quality customer service to clients in person, by phone, and via emailProcess deposits, withdrawals, wire transfers, ACH transactions, loan payments, and other banking transactions accurately and efficientlyAssist clients with opening new accounts and maintaining existing accounts, ensuring proper documentation and complianceMaintain accurate records within the core banking systemMonitor and escalate suspicious activity in accordance with BSA/AML policiesAssist with daily branch balancing, cash drawer management, and end-of-day reconciliationCollaborate with internal teams including lending, operations, and complianceCross-sell appropriate banking products and services based on client needsQualifications:Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent banking experiencePrevious in banking, financial services, or a related fieldKnowledge of banking regulations including BSA/AML and basic compliance standardsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with core banking systems xhyhwjd Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team-oriented environmentAscendo is a certified minority owned staffing firm, and we welcome and celebrate diversity.
