LTC Billing & Compliance Manager (Medicare/Medicaid)

We are seeking an experienced Business Office Manager at Wakefield to join us. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in long‑term care and business office operations, specifically with Medicare and Medicaid expertise. Responsibilities Manage resident billing and collections. Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance. Maintain accurate financial records and reports. Work closely with residents, families, and third‑party payers to resolve billing issues. Support daily business office operations. Resident Funds (RFMS). Qualifications Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Business Office Manager in a nursing home or long‑term care facility. Proficiency in Medicare and Medicaid application compliance.
