You will handle incoming client calls with professionalism, scheduling service appointments promptly and dispatching technicians efficiently. You will communicate estimated arrival times to clients and notify them promptly of any delays, rescheduling appointments when necessary. You will plan daily and weekly schedules in advance to maximize technicians' productivity and manage mileage effectively. Additionally, you will obtain and maintain necessary job permits, relay work orders and important messages between staff members, and address customer questions or concerns.YOUR SCHEDULEThe Plumbing Customer Service Rep - Dispatcher position works Monday through Friday, with some weekend availability as needed to meet the needs of our customers.REQUIREMENTSHigh school diploma or equivalentAssociate's degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience2+ years of dispatch experience for a contractor or home improvement companySupervisory, customer service, and dispatch experience are preferred but not required.OUR MISSIONSince 2017, our family-owned and local company has been serving the Washington and Idaho area with the goal of providing top-notch service to every customer we assist.
