What You'll Do Provide individualized support for youth through adults (family support, life skills, wellness, behavior modification) Supervise and ensure safety Facilitate groups, activities, and skill building sessions Support treatment goals and behavior plans Assist with documentation and case coordination Provide crisis intervention when needed Collaborate with clinical and program teams What You Bring Experience with at‑risk youth or behavioral health populations Strong communication & documentation skills Ability to manage group dynamics Comfort with structured environments Willingness to learn crisis intervention Minimum Qualifications Meet state licensing requirements for BHTs/Para Professionals 21+ years old High School Diploma or GED Valid AZ Driver's License & insurable driving record Must be able to obtain an AZ DPS Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (Unrestricted) All qualified applications will receive consideration for open positions with NHCC.
