M&C Saatchi World Services US is seeking an experienced and highly strategic Events Producer. This role provides leadership across the planning, production, and execution of high-profile live, virtual, and hybrid events, overseeing complex stakeholder environments, multidisciplinary production teams, and integrated communications efforts to deliver impactful audience experiences that advance mission objectives and strengthen stakeholder engagement. ABOUT THE ROLE: Serving as the lead producer for enterprise events, you will oversee the full event lifecycle—from concept development and production planning through technical execution, audience engagement, and post-event optimization. Working closely with communications, stakeholder engagement, creative, account, multimedia, and leadership teams, you will ensure every event delivers a seamless, engaging, and professional experience that advances program goals and strengthens audience connections. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, production, and execution of live, virtual, and hybrid events, including webinars, town halls, executive briefings, leadership communications, conferences, stakeholder forums, workshops, and training programs. Manage the full event lifecycle from concept development and planning through execution, reporting, and post-event optimization. Provide day-to-day leadership, mentorship, and oversight to Event Managers and Event Coordinators assigning work, managing priorities, supporting professional development, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality event execution across the team. Develop comprehensive event books, run-of-show documents, production schedules, speaker briefing materials, talking points, biographies, logistics plans, and operational documentation. Coordinate presenters, moderators, panelists, stakeholders, vendors, and production teams to ensure successful event delivery. Lead event rehearsals, technical checks, presenter coaching sessions, and production readiness reviews. Manage virtual event platforms, streaming tools, audiovisual systems, audience engagement tools, and hybrid event technologies. Serve as the lead producer during live events, directing transitions, timing, audience interactions, technical operations, and overall event flow. Collaborate with communications, creative, stakeholder engagement, and multimedia teams to integrate messaging, branding, presentations, video assets, and audience engagement strategies into event experiences. Oversee event logistics, registration management, attendee communications, venue coordination, audiovisual requirements, and production support activities.
