About the Position

Job Title: Medical Surgical Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Med/Surg Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum of 1.5 years of recent equivalent experience required License: RN License or Compact License (Proof of State Residency Required) Certifications: BLS Must-Have: - Must have experience with Cardizem and Amiodarone drips - Telemetry experience required Description: Medical Surgical RN needed for immediate start. Shifts consist of 12 hours at 36 hours per week. Every other weekend and rotating holidays are required. The facility has 39 beds and handles mixed-acuity patient care. The patient population primarily consists of the elderly but can include younger adults. RN patient ratios are 4:1 or 5:1, depending on patient acuity.
