Service Team Member

About the Role All Store Team Members play an essential role in building the company brand by delivering excellent customer service and driving sales. You will engage with customers, advise them on products, and complete merchandising, front‑end, or other duties as needed. Internally you will be referred to as Service Team Member and report to the store management team. Responsibilities Maximize product inventory: process freight, organize and distribute inventory, pull and stock merchandise, build displays and end caps, place signage, and support digital business operations by fulfilling orders and assisting with in‑store and curbside pick‑up and delivery services (including driving and making deliveries if assigned). Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers, engaging to build relationships, and informing them about products and services. Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge. Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs. Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store and ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol. Perform cross‑functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned. Load and deliver orders safely, following company policies and procedures and abiding by all traffic and safety laws (if delivery is an essential job function). Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 1‑3 years of work experience; 1+ year in a retail setting preferred. Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems and inventory management software. Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends. Physical Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older. Walk, bend down repeatedly, and stand for 8–10 hours a day. Safely lift, load, and handle cases and pallets. Climb ladders and lift 50lbs overhead repeatedly. May be exposed to various outdoor weather conditions throughout the workday. Compensation Worker Type: Regular. Pay Range: $20.83 – $24.99 hourly.
