Pediatric Speech and Language Pathologist in Tinley Park, IL

Step into a fulfilling Speech-Language Pathology role supporting young learners in grades 2-4. Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current SLP-CCC or eligibility for CFY supervision
• State licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
• Strong foundation in pediatric speech therapy, particularly in school settings
• Previous experience working with elementary school-age children is highly valued
• Ability to supervise and mentor a Clinical Fellow (CF)
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy to 2nd-4th grade students
• Supervise and support a Clinical Fellow, providing guidance and feedback
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff to facilitate student progress
• Maintain accurate student records in accordance with district and professional requirements
• Utilize your own dedicated, exclusive therapy space-enabling focused, distraction-free sessions
• Participate in team meetings, IEPs, and contribute to a positive school environment
