Home Health Speech Therapist Location: 6051 Verde Trail South, Boca Raton, FL Category: Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation | Position Type: Per Diem Responsibilities Provide speech language pathology therapy services to home health residents/clients in their home environment to promote functional independence, safety, and quality of life. Evaluate residents/clients, develop individualized plans of care, implement evidence‑based interventions, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to achieve optimal outcomes in compliance with physician orders, state practice acts, and federal and state home health regulations. Qualifications Master’s degree in speech language pathology from an accredited program. Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in home health is preferred. Valid Speech Language Pathology license or eligibility for license in the state(s) where services are rendered. Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech‑Language‑Hearing Association (ASHA). Compliance with Florida’s Care Provider Background Screening process.
