LPN – Day/Evening Shift As an LPN at Emerald Nursing & Rehab Cozad, you will be responsible for providing high‑quality, individualized nursing care to our residents. About the Role Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Conduct vital signs and document resident information. Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and toileting. Provide emotional support and encouragement to residents and families. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Requirements Current LPN license in the State of Nebraska. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
