Assembly Worker — Temporary Project Location: Macedonia Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00am — 4:00pm Duration: 1-2 month contract to support a large order. Opportunity for long-term employment if performance and fit are excellent! Position Overview: Join our Build Team as an Assembly Worker! Help us meet a big order with hands‑on, precise work. If you like the job and the company, there’s potential to transition into a permanent Assembler role and expand your career. Responsibilities: Assemble products according to work order, drawings, and quality requirements Verify cables, wires, and parts against bill of material and drawing specs Accurately read ruler and measure cable/wire cut lengths Build assemblies per instructions and quality specifications Perform first piece connector assembly testing for electrical continuity Inspect crimps and solders for visual quality Meet build standards and deadlines Maintain strict adherence to safety requirements Requirements: Able to read a ruler accurately Able to identify colors Strong attention to detail and quality Able to follow instructions and drawings with precision Willingness to work 10‑hour shifts, Mon‑Fri Reliable, good attendance As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work‑related resources.
