THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

2-3 years of HVAC installation experience Valid driver's license held for a minimum of 12 months with no major traffic incidents An upbeat attitude and strong work ethic Excellent communication skills with customers and coworkers Preferred: EPA Certification is preferred but not required If you can meet the requirements above, keep reading to find out what your day entails!

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS AN HVAC LEAD INSTALLER

As our HVAC Lead Installer, you start each day ready to deliver comfort and peace of mind to homeowners throughout our service area. You install residential HVAC equipment including heat pumps, air conditioners, furnaces, and mini-split systems while ensuring every installation meets company standards, safety requirements, and applicable codes. You utilize your knowledge of duct sizing principles and ductwork techniques to replace ductwork according to plans, complete required installation checklists, and maintain clear communication with office staff and managers throughout the day. Using our field service app and company technology, you document your work, submit timesheets, and keep projects moving efficiently.

YOUR SCHEDULE

This is a full-time position operating during regular business hours. Work is performed throughout a 45-mile radius from our main office in Concord, NC, providing a consistent schedule while serving residential customers across the surrounding communities.
