Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time

$43–$48/hour

Ultimate Therapy is looking for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team. You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping residents improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function in a collaborative skilled nursing environment.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on resident goals
• Provide evidence-based therapy and monitor progress
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, nursing staff, physicians, and other members of the care team
• Educate residents and families on treatment strategies and home recommendations
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications

• Active West Virginia Speech-Language Pathologist license required
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred but not required
• New graduates are welcome to apply
