Warehouse Shipping Associate

Location: Nicholasville, KY
Pay:

• 2nd Shift: $19.00/hour | Sunday–Wednesday, 9:00 PM–7:00 AM

Position Overview

We are hiring reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Shipping Associates to support the accurate processing, packing, and shipping of prescription medications. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Sort, label, pick, pack, audit, and ship prescription medications
• Receive, count, and record shipment information in pharmacy software
• Verify packing list information against actual medications packed
• Identify incorrect or short-shipped items and immediately notify a supervisor
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout the order fulfillment process
• Follow all company procedures related to safety, quality, confidentiality, and medication handling
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of shipping/receiving experience preferred
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds
• Must successfully complete a background screening and drug test
