Responsibilities
- Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for residents
- Implement and adjust interventions focusing on activities of daily living, mobility, strength, and functional independence
- Document assessments, progress notes, and discharge planning in the electronic medical record
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and support transitions of care
- Monitor resident progress and modify plans to meet established goals within the 13-week assignment

Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapist license in North Dakota or eligibility for licensure in North Dakota
- Ability to work in a long-term care setting
- Availability to work Days shift during the assignment
- Eligible for a travel temporary assignment
