Eye Care Provider Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Eye Care Provider Recruitment Specialist to join our Professional Services team. In this critical role, you will lead recruitment efforts for optometrists, ophthalmologists, and eye care professionals to support and grow the NVA provider network. This position plays a direct role in ensuring network adequacy, geographic access, and provider coverage across targeted markets.

Location: On-site - 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit independent practices and large chain eye care providers (Optometrists and Ophthalmologists) for the NVA network
• Identify and target providers in designated states and Core-Based Statistical Areas (CBSAs)
• Analyze and produce GEO Access and network adequacy reports to support territory management and strategic planning
• Ensure all provider applications and credentialing documentation are 100% complete and compliant
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams including credentialing, operations, and network management
• Maintain accurate provider data and recruitment tracking to support reporting and performance metrics

Qualifications

• Required: Experience in inside sales, healthcare recruitment, or provider recruitment
• Experience recruiting physicians or healthcare providers strongly preferred
• Managed care or provider network recruitment experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment priorities simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, consultative approach
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret GEO Access and market data
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access; experience with GEO Access tools preferred
