Warehouse and customer service associate

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and customer-oriented team member to join our warehouse team. this is a multi-task position where everyone works together and helps in different areas of the business.

Resposibilities:

* Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their orders.

*Promote the sales increase

*Prepare invoices, receipts, and process payments.

*Organize and maintain warehouse inventory.

*Receive and unload pallets and incoming shipments.

*Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders.

*Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.

*Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.

*Help with others daily operational tasks as needed

Qualifications:

*Ability to lift and move boxes and merchandise.

*Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

*Computer skills

*Good communication and customer service skills

*Ability to work independently and as part of a team

*Previous warehouse or retail experience is a plus but nor required.

*Strong adaptability skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure environment.

*Emotional maturity, professionalism, and the ability to receive feedback positively and work through challenges with a solution-oriented attitude.

*Excellent interpersonal skills, patience, and respect for coworkers, customers, and management at all times.

*Ability to remain calm, flexible, and focused during busy periods or unexpected situations.
