Be a part of the Layne's Team, and check out our available positions today!Role SummaryAs a Line Cook, your main responsibilities will be to prepare our fresh daily hand cut chicken, breading it in our uniquely seasoned breading and frying it to perfection in our state-of-the-art fryers, manning our griddle plate where we toast our authentic Texas toasting bread, and grill our cheese and bacon for our famous club sandwiches. This job is so important that we gave it an Executive Title…CFO, Chicken Frying Officer.
