Registered Nurse | RN

Overview Newman Rehab and Healthcare Center Position: Registered Nurse (RN). Responsible for ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements. Operates within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act. Responsible for resident care and direction of nursing care during assigned shift, including staff assignments, mentoring and educating nursing personnel, and coordination with physicians and other medical professionals. Responsibilities As a Registered Nurse, you will: Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with standards of practice and regulatory requirements. Manage resident care during assigned shifts, including staff assignments and supervision. Mentor and educate nursing personnel; collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Qualifications Active, in-good-standing Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Prior experience as an RN in LTC/SNF/AL/MC settings is preferred.
