Job Description

Join our distribution site for testing equipment as a Shipping Clerk, responsible for the accurate selection, mixing, staging, and packaging of components. This position requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety and quality, and collaboration with a small team to meet daily production goals.

Responsibilities

• Accurately select, mix, stage, and package components in support of the process.
• Conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory control.
• Utilize shipment equipment effectively.
• Perform basic mathematical calculations including counting, adding, subtracting, and multiplying.
• Maintain a positive attendance record and strong work ethic.
• Adopt a proactive approach to all responsibilities.

Essential Skills

• Experience with inventory control and cycle counting.
• Proficiency in operating forklift and RF scanner.
• Material handling and unloading skills.
• Knowledge of SAP system.
• Shipping and receiving expertise.
• Warehouse inventory management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 3-4+ years of experience as an inventory control clerk, forklift experience is a plus.
• Ability to perform a wide range of tasks such as labeling, kitting cell set up/staging, measuring and pouring of reagents, and kit assembling.
• Great communication skills to effectively respond to customer emails and ensure correct shipments.
• Must be bilingual in Spanish.

Work Environment

Work in a warehouse shipping environment as part of a small team of about 5 people. The shift is Monday-Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brea, CA.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
