IT Support Technician for Mission-Driven Organization

Salesforce Sites is seeking a Summer IT Technician to provide frontline IT support and customer service to staff. The role covers deployment, configuration, and maintenance of VTC/AVL, telephony, printing, and Google Workspace systems.
Ideal candidates bring both technical competency and a servant-leadership mindset, aligning with the organization’s mission and values. The position reports to the Help Desk Lead.
