You'll be trained on the proper techniques for cleaning and sanitizing production equipment, machines, work areas, and common spaces.You'll also learn how to safely handle cleaning chemicals, sanitizers, and equipment while following all food safety, GMP, and workplace safety requirements.It's hands-on work that makes a big difference.You'll Spend Your TimeKeeping our production areas clean and sanitaryPerform daily sanitation of processing lines and production equipmentClean and sanitize production lines, ingredient rooms, hallways, and other facility areasDispose of waste in common areasClean breakrooms and test kitchen appliancesUse water pressure equipment, foam, chlorine, quat sanitizer, degreaser, and other approved cleaning productsUse a squeegee to dry floors and move conveyors or tables as neededCover motors, gearboxes, and emergency stops when needed during cleaningWorking safelyFollow all company safety, GMP, and food safety requirementsProperly prepare, handle, store, and use cleaning chemicalsRead chemical labels and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) to understand proper handling proceduresReport potential contamination issues and safety concernsWear all required personal protective equipment (PPE)Learn to safely operate a scissor lift and become certifiedBeing a dependable teammateWork independently while also supporting the sanitation teamStay organized and pay attention to the detailsDisplay a strong work ethic and take pride in your workHelp maintain a clean, safe, and productive work environmentPerform other related duties as assignedYou're a Great Fit If You...Take pride in keeping things clean, organized, and safeDon't mind hands-on, physical workCan work independently with minimal supervisionPay attention to details and follow instructionsAre dependable and have a strong work ethicAre comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentAre willing to learn new equipment, processes, and safety proceduresWhat You'll BringAbility to stand, walk, reach, bend, and move throughout an extended shiftAbility to lift up to 50 poundsAbility to speak, read, and understand EnglishAbility to safely work with cleaning chemicals and follow SDS instructionsAbility to work with high-pressure water equipmentWillingness to complete scissor lift training and certificationAbility to work a flexible schedule, including off-shifts and weekendsWhy Home Run Inn?We're more than a pizza company—we're neighbors serving neighbors.For four generations, we've built our business around people.
