The Case Manager will provide non-clinical case management services to students experiencing a wide range of personal, academic, financial, medical, and other extenuating circumstances. Responsibilities include meeting with students to assess their needs, coordinating campus and community resources, providing ongoing case management, collaborating with faculty and campus partners, and assisting with crisis response and follow-up.

Responsibilities include meeting with students to assess their needs, coordinating campus and community resources, providing ongoing case management, collaborating with faculty and campus partners, and assisting with crisis response and follow-up.

Minimum Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Experience - Master's degree in Higher Education Leadership, Counseling, Social Work, Education, or related field. Knowledge of legal issues in higher education Demonstrated experience interacting with the public, parents, students, staff, faculty

Preferred Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Experience - Ability to build positive and effective relationships across campus and within the community Ability to thoroughly document conversations and actions regarding case management Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Organizational, administrative, interpersonal/written/verbal communication, and team-building skills Ability to multi-task and independently manage cases with minimal supervision Ability to provide exemplary customer service
