Director of Auxiliary Programs

Position Overview The Director of Auxiliary Programs is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of INTL’s auxiliary programs throughout the year, including after-school enrichment classes, mini-camps, summer camps, extended day programming, field trips, and selected school events. They will work closely with the Elementary School Principal, Dean of Students, and Chief Financial Officer. The Director of Auxiliary Programs will serve as the leader and supervisor of the school’s program instructors, auxiliary program staff, vendors, and service providers. In addition to overseeing auxiliary programming, this position serves as a key operational partner to the Elementary School Principal and Business Office, providing administrative and logistical support for school operations, events, field trips, and special projects. This is a full-time position that will report to the Elementary School Principal. Compensation is based on educational attainment and years of experience. The salary range for this full-time position for the 2026-27 school year is $85,000 to $120,000. This role is also classified as on-site, with an expected schedule of 9:30 am - 6:00 pm. Primary responsibilities Auxiliary programs Plan and oversee after-school enrichment, extended day, mini-camps, and summer camps, ensuring alignment with the school's mission and student needs Develop and maintain the enrichment catalog; manage registration, enrollment, and family communications Source, vet, and manage relationships with enrichment vendors and community partners Negotiate vendor terms and draft Statements of Work covering scope, scheduling, compensation, and compliance Supervise, support, and evaluate program instructors and auxiliary staff School operations and events Coordinate all field trips and off-campus experience logistics, including transportation, contracts, and documentation Support planning and execution of day, overnight, and international trips Partner with the Principal on school events, parent education, and community-building activities Support student arrival, dismissal, and transportation in collaboration with school leadership Perform other duties and special projects as assigned in support of the Elementary School Principal Business office support Coordinate accurate, timely processing of vendor invoices with the Business Office Monitor assigned school credit card activity, including receipts, expense coding, and reconciliation Maintain centralized records of vendor Certificates of Insurance, tracking renewals and ensuring compliance Perform other duties and special projects as assigned in support of the Business Office Campus presence and leadership Be a visible, active presence on campus, building strong relationships with students, families, and faculty Maintain accurate records across enrollment, attendance, contracts, and program finances Manage program budgets and resource allocation in collaboration with school leadership Position Qualifications/Skills Bachelor's Degree required Experience working in a school setting and overseeing enrichment programs, camps, student activities, events, or related programs Previous leadership experience running after-school programs, enrichment programs, camps, or licensed programs Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to work independently Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Strong project management and event coordination skills Teaching experience preferred but not required An administrative leadership style based on effective human relations and a capacity to work effectively in a multicultural environment, with an understanding and appreciation for diversity Excellent communication and listening skills Demonstrated flexibility, initiative, and willingness to support a wide variety of school operations and programs Physical Requirements of the Job: The physical demands described here are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. Compensation and Benefits Our compensation is based on education and years of experience. The salary range for this full-time position for the 2026-27 school year is $85,000 to $120,000, depending on experience.
