Warehouse Operations Leader

Responsibilities Execute Assembly Operations: Perform assembly operations, manufacturing processing, and equipment operation to ensure efficient production and delivery of finished systems and parts. Manage Inventory and Logistics: Receive and manage inventory of parts from logistics providers, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely delivery to production lines. Maintain Clean Room Operations: Ensure clean room operations meet required standards, adhering to safety protocols and procedures to prevent contamination and maintain product quality. Operate Control Systems: Utilize control systems such as SAP to manage manufacturing line logistics, track production, and optimize workflows. Support Lean and Agile Practices: Apply LEAN, AGILE, and DESIGN THINKING practices to drive transformation and provide essential products and services to clients. Exposure to Manufacturing Operations: Familiarity with end‑to‑end manufacturing operations, including assembly, production, packaging, shipping, and returns. Experience working with Equipment Operation: Hands‑on experience with equipment operation, manufacturing processing, and parts handling in a production environment. Basic understanding of Control Systems: Exposure to control systems such as SAP, used to manage manufacturing line logistics and track production. Experience with Inventory Management: Experience receiving and managing inventory of parts from logistics providers, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely delivery. Familiarity with LEAN and AGILE Practices: Exposure to LEAN, AGILE, and DESIGN THINKING practices, with an understanding of their application in driving transformation and delivering essential products and services. Familiarity with Clean Room Operations: Exposure to clean room operations, including safety protocols and procedures to prevent contamination and maintain product quality. Knowledge of Manufacturing Line Logistics: Understanding of manufacturing line logistics, including material flow systems (MFS) and control systems such as SAP. Exposure to Design Thinking Practices: Familiarity with design thinking practices and their application in driving transformation and delivering essential products and services.
