Mobile LVN/LPN-Per Diem In-Home Services

Per diem mobile LPN/LVN position delivering in-home clinical services to patients initiating complex medication therapy. Role involves phlebotomy, EKGs, and macular edema screenings across designated geographic areas with flexible scheduling and no minimum visit requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home blood collection, specimen labeling, and transport per network policies and regulatory standards
• Conduct EKGs and macular edema screening exams using provided training
• Maintain clean work environment and manage clinical supply inventory
• Submit visit documentation and report adverse events or product complaints to clinical coordination team
• Maintain accurate mileage and time logs for reimbursement and compliance

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted LPN or LVN license
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum 2 years phlebotomy experience in clinical or field settings
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and travel up to 100 miles
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Proficiency with medical equipment and documentation practices
• Fluent in spoken and written English

Compensation: $28.00 per hour
