Job Description
Title
Radiation Therapy Technologist - Oncology

Schedule
Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (8-hour shift)

Assignment Details
Guaranteed 40 hours per week

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of radiation therapy experience
- ARRT certification in Therapy
- NYS Radiologic Technologist - Therapy license (must be in hand)
- BLS certification
- Experience with EPIC charting system required
- Preferred experience with Varian or Ethos systems
- Key clinical skills: external beam therapy, IMRT, CBCT/kV/mV imaging, custom molds/shields

Roles & Responsibilities
- Administer radiation therapy treatments according to prescribed plans
- Utilize imaging techniques and modalities to ensure accurate treatment delivery
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maintain patient care standards
- Adhere to established safety protocols and radiation safety measures
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in the charting system

Compliance / Notes
- NYS Radiologic Technologist - Therapy license must be active and in hand for submission
- Background checks will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
