Ihre Aufgaben Unterstützung bei der Organisation und administrativen Betreuung nationaler und internationaler Kongresse sowie Veranstaltungen Mitarbeit an vielfältigen Projektthemen, beispielsweise im Teilnehmermanagement, bei der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern oder im Rahmen von Vertrags- und Organisationsthemen Durchführung von Recherchen zu Veranstaltungsorten, Restaurants, Dienstleistern, Agenturen und Werbematerialien Unterstützung bei Freigabeprozessen sowie bei der Pflege und Nutzung digitaler Eventmanagementplattformen wie Jira und Microsoft Dynamics 365 Übernahme eigenständiger Aufgabenpakete und Einbringung neuer Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Veranstaltungen Enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen und Stakeholdern Laufendes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium im Bereich Marketing, Betriebswirtschaft, Tourismusmanagement oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie Interesse an digitalen Tools und Systemen Proaktive, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägtem Organisationstalent Offenheit für neue Themen, abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben und die Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern Was wir bieten Internationales Arbeitsumfeld in einem inhabergeführten und stetig wachsenden Unternehmen Wertschätzende Unternehmenskultur, ein kollegiales Miteinander und regelmäßige Mitarbeiterevents Je nach Position, die Möglichkeit zum mobilen Arbeiten sowie temporärer Arbeit aus dem Ausland Komplett kostenfreies Mittagessen an unseren Standorten Unterstützung bei der Vereinbarkeit von Beruf und Familie, z.B. durch den PME Familienservice Vielfältige interne und externe Weiterbildungsangebote (inkl. digitaler Lernplattformen) Umfassende Gesundheitsangebote, z.B.
