Quality Assurance Lead — Day Shift, Full-Time (RN/LPN)

Vancrest of Urbana, Inc. is seeking a full-time nursing leader to oversee infection prevention, wound care, employee health, and essential documentation for resident care. The role requires collaboration with the Director of Nursing and hands-on supervision of on-floor staff. Responsibilities include supporting audits and QAPI initiatives, risk management, and rounding with the wound care provider, while ensuring adherence to policies and resident plans of care.
