What You'll Do

Every shift, you'll help create an experience that keeps guests coming back by:

• Greeting every guest with warmth, energy, and genuine hospitality
• Building connections and making every customer feel welcome
• Taking orders accurately and confidently
• Preparing espresso drinks, coffee, teas, and specialty beverages to Q standards
• Preparing, warming, plating, and packaging café and bakery items
• Maintaining quality while working efficiently during busy rushes
• Keeping the café clean, stocked, organized, and guest-ready
• Working alongside your teammates to keep the entire store running smoothly
• Looking for ways to improve the guest experience throughout your shift
• Operating our POS system and handling cash/card transactions accurately
• Staying productive during slower times by cleaning, stocking, prepping, and helping the team

Requirements

• Flexible availability
• Saturday and Sunday availability is required
• Reliable transportation
• Consistent attendance and punctuality
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move quickly throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous food service, coffee, or customer service experience is a plus—but not required. We'll happily train the right person!
