Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate Location: Muskegon, MI Pay: $17.00 - $25.00/hr* Full time, shifts may vary. Position Summary Freezer, cooler, and deli team keeps shelves stocked and ensures product quality, sanitation, and customer service. Join the front‑lines of our fresh food department, providing exceptional service and maintaining operational excellence. What You’ll Do Maintain safety by following all safety standards, conducting safety sweeps, forklift spotting, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations. Maintain sales floor and merchandise presentation in the freezer/cooler/deli area per company policies by handling claims, returns, zoning, receiving and stocking merchandise, setting up displays, removing damaged goods, signing and pricing merchandise, and completing required audits, paperwork, and logs. Provide member service by acknowledging members, locating merchandise, assisting with purchasing decisions, providing deli products, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services. Follow policies related to the freezer/cooler area—comply with food handling policies, operate and sanitize equipment, follow Cold Chain procedures, clean the area, monitor fans, drains, doors, and report issues to management. Must Have 18 years of age or older. Ability to complete all required trainings and assessments within the prescribed time period. Strong commitment to member satisfaction, solution‑seeking mindset, adaptability, curiosity, and creative thinking. Preferred Experience in stocking and customer service.
