About the Company At SpeedPro Southlake we create large-format graphics that give our customers the wow‑factor their business needs. Position Overview The Production Assistant reports directly to the Production Manager and is responsible for assisting in the production of various wide-format specialty printing products. This position plays a critical role in the franchise’s profit and margin potential through outstanding performance in fast turn‑around times, high-quality product output, and efficiency with materials to minimize waste. Functions Assist in the printing and production of client orders Inspect customer files, provide digital proofs, and make the graphics print‑ready Operate large‑format printers, laminators, and plotters Complete smaller graphic installations Unload and unpack deliveries to the studio Assist in site surveys Pack, label, and ship completed jobs; make deliveries Utilize CoreBridge software for estimates/quotes Ideal Candidates Will Also Possess 2+ years of designing/working with vehicle graphics and templates Experience with large‑format printers, laminators, plotters, and graphic and signage finishing Graphic design experience is a plus Compensation and Benefits Competitive hourly rate Additional training/development opportunities Benefits Competitive salary Training & development Flexible schedule Opportunity for advancement #J-18808-Ljbffr Southjerseyspeedpro
