Senior Quality Inspector

Job Description:Saab, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Quality Control Inspector to work at our Ashburn, Virginia facility supporting Saab's regional airline customers. As a member of the Quality team, you will be a critical contributor to the success of our global support organization.Responsibilities include:Inspection of inbound and outbound shipments of aircraft partsAscertaining that all certification documents accompanying parts are correct and complete in accordance with FAA and EASA RegulationsThe release of parts in accordance with the requirements of the Production Organization Approval (POA)Participating in periodic audits of the Quality System by Saab Quality management and the various National AuthoritiesContribute to the Warehouse Team and perform warehouse dutiesWork schedule will include after-hours on-call duties to support our regional aircraft customersData transactions within ERP systemMaintain Hazmat databaseMonitoring of shelf-life materialContribute to a people-first culture in alignment to Saab values, demonstrating core Company values: Trust, Drive, Expertise, and SupportTravel to audit customer consignment inventoriesOther tasks as assignedTypical Salary Range: $71,900 - $86,200The compensation range provided is a general guideline.
