Member Care Center Lead — In-Office Coach & Quality

OneAZ Credit Union is seeking a Customer Care Center Supervisor to coach and educate front-line team members at our corporate office in Phoenix. The role focuses on monitoring quality calls, training, problem solving, and ensuring member satisfaction. You will guide scheduling, performance evaluations, and continuous improvement of member service processes while maintaining a low service-abandon rate.
