Job details

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the manufacturing plant, ensuring all activities align with our company's policies, regulations, and objectives.
• Implement and manage quality control programs, ensuring adherence to ISO standards and Total Quality Management (TQM) practices.
• Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, safety, and teamwork.
• Monitor production metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.
• Collaborate with other department heads and senior management to formulate strategic plans and make critical business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
• Manage budget and resources effectively, ensuring optimal use of manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implementing innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role in the manufacturing industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in operations management, with a track record of optimizing processes for efficiency and productivity.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and Total Quality Management (TQM) practices, with a track record of implementing and managing quality control programs.
• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make critical business decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
• Strong commitment to safety and environmental compliance, with a track record of promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
• Proficiency in using various software and technology tools for monitoring and analyzing production metrics.
