Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct comprehensive assessments: You will gather detailed information regarding clients’ mental health histories through interviews and standardized assessments to accurately diagnose and identify treatment needs. \n Develop tailored treatment plans: Collaborate with clients to establish personalized goals and interventions that suit their unique circumstances and support their journeys toward recovery. \n Implement therapeutic interventions: Using evidence-based practices, you will provide individual, group, and family therapy, promoting skills such as coping strategies, emotional regulation, and effective communication. \n Provide crisis intervention: Respond promptly to clients in crisis, utilizing de-escalation techniques and risk assessment to ensure their safety and well-being. \n Maintain thorough documentation: You will be responsible for keeping detailed and confidential client records, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with legal and ethical standards. \n Collaborate with healthcare teams: Work alongside psychiatrists, social workers, and other professionals to coordinate care, address complex client needs, and enhance overall treatment effectiveness. \n Educate and advocate: Inform clients and their families about mental health resources, treatment options, and community support services while advocating for their rights within the healthcare system. \n Engage in continuous professional development: Stay up-to-date on mental health practices by participating in trainings, workshops, and professional organizations. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Our clients include children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues.
