Job Title: Floor Care Specialist

Locations: Various sites throughout North and Central New Jersey

Job Type: Full-Time and Part-Time Available

Job Summary:

We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented Floor Care Specialists to join our team! If you take pride in keeping floors looking their best, this is the job for you. You’ll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of various types of flooring in commercial facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform floor care duties including stripping, waxing, buffing, and burnishing

• Operate floor care equipment such as auto scrubbers, buffers, and extractors

• Follow safety protocols and use proper PPE at all times

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

• Travel to different sites as scheduled may be required

Requirements:

• Previous floor care experience preferred (strip & wax, carpet extraction, etc.)

• Ability to operate floor machines and cleaning equipment

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

• Flexible schedule, including some nights or weekends as needed
