RBT Job Responsibilities Provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy in homes or schools in the Baltimore County area. Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Collect and record data on client progress and behavior goals. Communicate effectively with families and clinical supervisors. Maintain a safe and engaging environment for therapy sessions. Schedule and Locations Flexible Hours: Daytime, afternoon, and early evening shifts available. Serve Families Near You in: Towson, Owings Mills, Catonsville, Essex, Dundalk, Pikesville, Woodlawn, and Cockeysville. RBT Qualifications (Required) Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, or willingness to obtain it (we provide support) . High school diploma.
